5. Electronic Communications

Applicants and tenants may receive electronic communications (email and/or SMS) regarding applications, leases, maintenance requests, required notices, and general tenancy matters.

Electronic communications are provided in accordance with the Virginia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Va. Code § 59.1-479 et seq.) and applicable landlord-tenant laws.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel and used only when necessary for lawful business purposes.
